Andrea Kilen, MHA

Andrea is currently the Administrator for The Office of Patient Experience at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Prior to her current role, she was an Operations Manager in Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic for more than 7 years.  She has her Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Minnesota, School of Public Health and a Bachelors in Communication from The University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.  Andrea has a passion for continuous improvement and patient centered care with a focus on building relationships and redesigning the human experience in healthcare.
